📅 Order Processing Time

  • Orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.
  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, as they might be shipped from different warehouses. However, they will all arrive within a few days of each other.
  • Pre-order items may take longer based on manufacturer availability.

📌 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Tifusi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

🚫 Incorrect Address & Order Returns

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package:
    • We will refund the order minus the original shipping fee.
    • If the customer requests reshipment, they will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

⏳ Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed.
  • After processing, cancellations are no longer possible as the order has been sent for fulfillment.
