🚫 Incorrect Address & Order Returns
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package:
- We will refund the order minus the original shipping fee.
- If the customer requests reshipment, they will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
⏳ Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed.
- After processing, cancellations are no longer possible as the order has been sent for fulfillment.
