ORDERS

We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

We ship from multiple warehouses around the world, and as a result, they may arrive at different times. Please rest assured that you will receive all of your items within a few days of each other. If you still have questions, please contact us at support@tifusi.com, and we will look into it for you.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll also notify you when your order is on its way. To track your order, please visit: https://www.17track.net/en. We recommend waiting at least 48 hours before checking the tracking, as it may take a few days for updates to appear.

We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours after they are placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so within this time frame, before your item is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check our return policy)

Our products are photographed by the camera, without adding any filters to the picture. Product color difference depends on your phone or computer screen, but if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to do a return or exchange.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your payment is verified, it will take 2-3 business days to process and ship your order (this does not include weekends or holidays).

Yes, here are our updated shipping rates:

  • US: Free shipping for orders over $60, $4.50 for orders under $60.
  • UK: Free shipping for orders over £60, £3.50 for orders under £60.
  • Europe: Free shipping for orders over €60, €4.00 for orders under €60.
  • Rest of the World: Free shipping for orders over $60, $4.50 for orders under $60.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

Yes, if you’re not satisfied you can return the order, if it is undamaged and unused. You have 30 days to return your order (partially), which takes effect from the moment your order is received. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks, and Caps.

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-7 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
