We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day warranty on all purchases. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Return Period: You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the return address provided.

💰 Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to a Tifusi error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
✔️ Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
✔️ Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
✔️ The return must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
The following cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and verify its condition before processing the refund. This can take 3-6 business days.

  3. If eligible, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement item.

🔄 Want a Different Size or Color?

  • Please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes/colors due to stock availability.

Responsibility & Liability

🚚 Lost or Damaged Returns:
Tifusi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.

📦 Check Your Package on Arrival:

  • Report any issues (wrong item, damaged package, missing parts) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Delayed reports may affect your refund or exchange eligibility.
